We are making some changes to the Forum's layout. Once we have finished with the changes, we will follow up with another announcement. For now, please note the following changes:

- Membership registration & activation
Please note all registrations are now subject to Administrators approval only.

- Forum board's layout
The forum is now under the Colours of the Rainbow theme.
A new board has been created for Arashian's to "Rest & Relax" over at our Spa & Resort corner. Contests, fun and games will now be grouped here.

- Resources & Downloads board
It is now only available to members only.

Dear arashians,

A gentle reminder to arashians who are not aware that signatures are no longer allowed.  Kindly remove them if they are still up on your profile. I will be performing random checks starting Apr so please help me out by lightening my load, yar. 

Also i noted that many arashians have signed up or created accounts somewhere using arashian.com as their email domains (even though such email address do not exist). Please note that the admins have access, we know what email accounts were created and where. It may not be much of a big deal but it has indeed created a lot of spams in the forum directly or indirectly. We had attracted quite a bit of "unwanted posts and members" since our re-opening. Some of these members probably do not physically exist in the real world, they are bots or programs. 

I'm sure we all know that some websites and even companies sell contacts such as emails and mobile phone numbers. I'm sure we all have receive a lot of spams in our email accounts and how it can spread beyond our control. Though it is not much of a problem then or now, i would like to bring it down before it gets escalated to beyond our control. Hence, our membership activation has recently been shifted to admins' approval instead of member's activation and hope to seek fellow arashians' cooperation.

I would like to thank all mods and fellow arashians who helps to run this forum, contributing, alerting one another esp. when something seems to be wrong, and also updating on the latest. I understand that in most forums, the admins don't explain or report the administrative stuffs to the members. I know there is no need to but I don't know why am i doing this and whether it will help in anyway... i've said my piece... the last time i've typed such longgg post was probably on the bandwidth and forum closure issue. 

Let's see how things will work out in the future.
