Adding on to what juliah said, the footage from the VCD and DVD are from the same concert.  The only difference is that the Japanese DVD has the different angles of "Eyes with Delight," which does not come with the Taiwanese VCD.  This isn't much of a problem since those different angles are easily downloadable.

VCD and DVD are just different types of media, although if you have a DVD player, a VCD will play in it just fine.

if you've never seen a full fledged arashi concert before and you wanna have a feel of the boys, then i do recommend that you get this. and if you can read chinese, this will enable you to understand what the boys are saying better as well as help you to understand the meaning of their songs too.

but as baby_pixie mentioned earlier, do try to look out for the diff angles d/ls. those are priceless shots from the DVD.

If possible, i would recommend you to buy the overseas version VCD from hmv.
I'm not too sure if Hmv is selling but i suggest you drop by and take a look.

Because if hmv has it, then i guess it would be better to buy from them... you'll save from paying those shipping charges.
