Actually anyone can be a member, however Johnny's would not ship the stuff overseas. Only thing you need though is to know someone who lives in Japan who wouldn't mind using their address for Johnny's to send the stuff to (and then send the stuff to you directly overseas themselves) and one who doesn't mind paying the fees for you. I've been a fanclub member for 4 years (not anymore though since I went on hiatus from Arashi fandom and recently came back) through a friend who lives there (and also an Arashi Fanclub member).

Just wanted to express my thanks for this very helpful post  

With regard to the part on applying for fan club membership, I recently heard about the Johnny's International mailing list for fans all over the world to subscribe. I do hope that eventually, fans overseas can also apply for membership of Johnny's family club.  All JE needs to do is to customise a separate set of procedures for international fans.

With Korean artistes being so much more accessible, hope JE will seriously consider making Johnny's groups more accessible too!
