For those Arashians who lost their password, you may request for a new password to be sent to your email (the email which you have used to register for your account here in Arashian.Com).

Step 1: Click on the login options at the top right side of the webpage.

Step 2: Click on 'Forgot your password?'

Step 3: Enter your username/ email address.
Step 4: If you entered your username, select the option ‘by User’. If you entered your email address, select the option ‘by Email’.
Step 5: Click on the ‘Send’ button.

Step 6: Check your email and login to the forum using the 'new' password sent (via email).

If you wish to change your password instead of using the 'new' password sent (via email), follow these steps after completed step number 6 (as above).
Step 7: After you have login, click on 'profile' button.
Step 8: Click onto 'Account Related Settings'.

Step 9: Type in the password that you have in mind (which you would like to change it to).
Step 10: Enter the password (which you keyed in step 9) again.
Step 11: Enter the password which you had retrieved from the email earlier.
Step 12: Click on ‘Change profile’.
