For those Arashians who are unable to login into the forum, it may be due to:

Invalid ‘Username’ and/or ‘Password’
Quick check: Is your caps lock on/off??
Quick check: Is your num lock on/off??
Quick check: Is the spelling of your username correct??
Quick check: Did you enter the correct password??


You must use the Username and Password that you entered when registering for the Forum.

- If you have not registered yet, you must first do so in order to login.

- If you have registered and is still unable to login, it could be that you did not activate your account after registration. You can activate your account by checking your email (which you entered during registration). You may wish to check your junk/spam folder as your activation might be there instead of your inbox folder.

There will be a link in the email, click on it and your account will be activated immediately.

- If you have registered + activated your account but is still unable to login, it could be that you have never login or that you have not login into the forum for a really really long time. It is common for the Forum Administrator to periodically delete users from the database to free up usernames and reduce the size of the database.
You may wish to check if you are affected by sending an email to xiaowanzi@arashian.com. State the title of the email clearly. Kindly indicate your username & email address (which was used to register for the forum).

- If you banned from the forum, this may prevent you form logging into the forum. You may wish to check with the administrator or global moderator –xiaowanzi (Usually, an email will be sent to inform the affected member if he/she is being banned from the forum).
