TO DESIGN AND CREATE AN ARASHI CALENDAR for 2010-2011

Dear Arashians,  

You are all probably aware by now that, under JE's policies, Arashi, after having completed their 10th successfully year, will no longer have an official calendar.  So, now, how and what are we fangirls going to keep track of their activities, or plan our days, when we do not have a proper calendar to track and record on?!  

A couple of us brain:emo.ara:ed, and thought that it might not be a bad idea to make our own "official"    calendar.   Then, not only can we rabu at  , we can also organise our lives and schedules better.  

Now, to make this project more fun and interesting, we have decided that prizes should be given away to the   who can come up with the most loved design.  

The rules are simple, and the prizes, well, we can only say that the prizes are , and should not   disappoint anyone who wants to participate in it.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. This contest is only open to Arashian.com active forum members (with minimum post of 5).

2. All entries must consist of at least 12 layouts, one for each month. The calendar should start from April 2010 until March 2011. The participant may choose if he/she wants to include a front and/or back cover for the calendar.

3. All entries must include Arashian.com - Following the Infinite Storm! at least once within the whole calendar.

4. There is no standard size for submission. Therefore it is up to the participants to decide what size they want to work on. However, bear in mind that forum members might want to download the calendar layouts once the contest is over, so please make sure it would look good when it is printed out. 1280x800px is generally a good size for printing on an A4 and smaller size papers.

5. Each forum member can send up to 2 set of layouts. However, only the one with the highest vote can win.

6. To ensure anonymity, all entries should be free from participant's name, nicknames or any indication that might give out the identity of the creator. All participants will be given 2 days after the result announcement day to include their initials before the calendar is available for downloads.

* Contest ends on 23rd March 2010 0400h GMT.
** Voting will be made by active forum members (at least 1 post). Voting starts on 25th March 2010 0000h GMT and ends on 30th March 2010 0000h GMT. The result will be announced on 1st April 2010 1300h GMT .

*** All entries will be available for download in the Fanart board from 3rd April 2010 onwards, and the creators will be revealed with it.
 
All submission should be made in .JPEG format to xiaowanzi@arashian.com. All decisions are final.

Dear Arashians,

It would appear that we have one more entry that made it in before the contest's closing timeline. Due to some unexplainable circumstances, we were only notified this morning. 

As such, we will be posting that entry - Entry #6, later today. 

To be fair to the participating member of Entry #6, we will be, at the time of its posting, amend the voting machinery, to allow all Arashians who had already casted their votes, the options of changing their voting should they so choose to.
