Hi!
1st category: Sorry, I don't really know any Japanese at all, so I can't really give you the accurate Japanese translations (sorry!) for my favourite lyrics/quotes. I tried finding it online, but as i don't know any Japanese i'm not sure if these are right (I originally know the lyrics from a subbed version of their concert which is on my external hard drive at my boyfriend's house

)
But if I were to choose favourite lyrics they'd be from the chorus of Hadashi no mirai.
Rikutsu janakute muchuu ni natte
Konna kimochi uso janai Tsukareta mama no
Kokoro uruoshite hashirou Hajikeru PASSION!
Sousa No Reason ! Todokisou na ashita e
Mirai no kakera wo atsumete Yukeba ii
For no reason be happy
None of these feelings are false
Pump up your heart and get running
Open your passion!
That's right for no reason! So it will reach tomorrow!
Go and collect the pieces of the future
[ I got the translation from a video this person put up! All credit to her and her awesome multilingual skills! ^_^

Arashi's played a fairly large role in my life (since 2008 when i was first introduced to them). Whenever i'm down i listen to them to try and bring my mood up and feel better about myself through their encouraging words and message.
I listen to them in this medication-like manner when important people in my life have died, when I'm discouraged about marks in University, when I've had fights (and broken up with) boyfriends and friends, when I'm almost kicked out of my house by family, when I've had to spend all my time working just to make enough to afford to go to university, when I'm freaking out about assignments that are due the next day (SO many essays

), and when I feel bad about possibily being a disapointment to my family and myself.
They always seem to brighten things a little. And that's pretty much how they've affected me, and of course why I love them
