Okay, did some changes here.
I'll request for signature submission now, anyone who wants to join please submit it to me by pm, limited to one signature/banner for each member. I'll post everything up for voting in another thread. The winner's banner will be chosen as the Arashian.Com's signature for the month (check here to see details, but pm me instead of xiaowanzi), and all contestants' banners will be posted in the pictures thread for Arashians to use (by credits, of course).

So, same as above, ANYONE can join, ANYONE can nominate, EVERYONE please vote. Closing date is still the 15th of each month, voting lasts till end of the month. However, if there is only one member who submitted his/her banner in that entire month, obviously we can't vote like that... so, for that particular month, we won't vote, and we'll combine with the month after that.

Any questions please pm me ^^;

Hmm... I'm not sure if there is a limit to nominations but here is my two cents..

I nominate
akaisuki- The banner is nice to look at and well organized.. basically, I stare at it every time I see it.  The way she lined up the pictures is really neat artistic.

J-chan- Um.. it has Ohno and "Umai" on it and it artfully designed to get the full effect.. and that cat/bear thing that is licking his lips has a striking resemblance to Oh-chan.. A+ for creativity!
